Yoga bolsters are ideal for opening the chest and for stretching and supporting your body in relaxed practices such as yin yoga and restorative yoga, where the focus is on deep regeneration. The larger diameter of the round yoga bolster allows you to perform particularly intensive stretches. We have chosen a robust and washable cotton fabric for the outer cover of this bolster. This means that the bolster retains its original shape even with frequent use and repeated washing. The round yoga bolster is available in all fabric designs of the oval yoga bolster.
